Beverage: Sattu smoothie
Easily available and is now a superfood.
Sattu drink (Sweet)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sattu powder
- 1 glass chilled milk
- 2 tsp sugar or condensed milk
- 1 banana ( optional)
Method:
- In a blender puree banana
- Add Sattu, milk and sugar and blend
- Serve chilled
Savoury:
- In a glass add 2 tbsp Sattu powder
- Add chilled water
- Sprinkle chat masala,
- Black salt
- lemon juice,
- roasted cummin
- muddled mint.
- Stir and enjoy the rustic flavours. ( Any day better that bottled fizz drinks which are loaded with too much refined sugars
Loaded with Protien and is an ideal beverage to start a summer breakfast.
