Hi friends,
I am back again after 10 months of no activity.
I am posting this recipe for a very dear young friend of mine, who didn't like the idea of mine not writing.
I have been wracking my brains on what to post, and after much thought it's of beating the summer by a refreshing, healthy, easy breezy recipe which a ten year old can put together.
It's fuss free ,and very easy, diabetic friendly and low calorie.
So here we go:
This is a must try and for you my dear Sheeba
Ingredients:
- Bananas. 2

- Cream (Amul )or skim off the milk as per your taste. But please add some for flavour.

Method:
- Chop bananas and put them in a zip lock bag and freeze for 4 to 5 hours
- Remove from the pouch and churn in the grinder, add sweetened peanut butter or unsweetened it's upto you.
- Add cream churn and remove in a air tight container. Add stevia or sugar while churning.
